About Sarah

Originally hailing from spooky New England and currently based in sunny Oz, I’ve been overenthusiastic about storytelling in a professional capacity since 2006. I work as a writer, cartoonist, illustrator, editor, graphic designer, and general creative conduit.

I’m always interested in hearing about opportunities to flex my creative muscles. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch at sarah@swinsea.com!

And if you’d like to have me at an event, I’d love to hear from you! I live in Perth, Western Australia and am currently planning for travel through parts of Europe and North America in May-June 2019. See general author visit information here.

My work has been published by Graphic Universe, Dark Horse, IDW, BOOM! Studios, Riverhead Books, Fulcrum Publishing, Iron Circus Comics, and Oni Press. Other clients include Harvard University, the Boston Public Library, the Onion/A.V. Club, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and the Game Show Network.

See a full bibliography of publications here.

I am represented by Jennifer Linnan of Linnan Literary Management, LLC.
